Foundations of Yoga 2
This is for students who have graduated from the first Foundations of Yoga Series
After the Foundations of Yoga 1, you may still feel like you are not ready to jump into regular classes. You may want to learn more or modify new poses for your body and/or injury. In this series we learn new poses (some a little more challenging but still accessible for all) and we delve into other principles of alignment. We study new breathing techniques and we explore spiritual/emotional aspects that will aid in how you look at life and the world (resulting in transformation).
Be Guided by a Professional, Experienced Yoga Teacher
This series is also spread over 4 weeks, where we meet and practice yoga once a week. The class is limited to 14 students where you will be guided step-by-step by an experienced, senior yoga teacher at Chrysalis.
Please refer to Foundations of Yoga 1 if you have not yet completed it.
