Purchase Terms and Refund Policy


Payment for Products & Services

  • All purchases will be processed in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).  Chrysalis Yoga is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
  • If signing up for a workshop, event, series or program, payment must be made in full in order to reserve your spot. 

Return/Refund Policy

Yoga class passes

  • There are no refunds for class passes or monthly unlimited passes.


  • Private Yoga Sessions
    • If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different teacher. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
    • Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited unless there is a medical or family emergency.
    • If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session.
    • If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.
    • Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.


  • Registered Programs (Classes, Workshops & Events)
    • Pre-paid classes are refundable
    • A full refund will be given if you cancel your reservation prior to 72 hours of the start time of the workshop, event, series or program.
    • If you cancel within 72 hours before the start time there will be no refund.


  • Individual Services Offered By Independent Contractors on Chrysalis Yoga premises
    • Please check with the independent contractor for their refund policies.  Chrysalis Yoga assumes no liability nor will we get involved in mediation between you and the independent contractor.


  • Yoga Mats, Mat Towels, Water Bottles and Accessories
    • May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged.
    • Products which are defective may be returned immediately for exchange.
    • Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product.
